For an owner who wants my time and judgement on their sales and marketing, every week, for twelve weeks.

You don't want to work out your sales and marketing alone any more. You want my judgement on it every week.
Nobody checks your ad before it runs, or your script before the call. When something doesn't work, nobody tells you why.

- A decision never waits long, and every session works toward the same plan.
Everything you get
- 3 fixed sessions a week of 60 minutes, the same days and times every week (36 sessions)36 hours of my time: Rs 36,00,000 at my one-hour rate
- An optional 4th session of 60 minutes in any week, booked 48 hours ahead (up to 12 more)
- A diagnostic in the first 2 sessions, and a written 12-week plan by the end of week 2
- A private WhatsApp chat for the 12 weeks, with replies within 1 working day
- Quick reviews of short items (an ad, a post, a one-page script, one page section), up to 3 a week
- A seat in the current or next 12-week program batch, if you want it
- The low-ticket products released during the 12 weeks
My one-hour rate is Rs 1,00,000 (the 1-Hour Strategy Call). Only the 36 fixed sessions carry a number here. The optional 4th sessions, the private chat, the reviews, the program seat and the low-ticket products carry none.

- My time, attention and honest judgement, as listed. No income or client-count promise.
- Refund
- A full refund if you cancel in writing within 7 days of paying and before the first session. After that, the price is refunded pro rata for the weeks remaining after your written cancellation; nothing is refunded for weeks already run.
Why me
I trained the staff at Imperial Fitness to sell, and for a few weeks I sold for the gym myself until they were confident.
Before this, I was a personal trainer in Kathmandu, and I filled my own calendar first: Rs 3 to 3.5 lakh a month one-to-one, and Rs 6 lakh and more once I added group training.
Imperial Fitness, Dhumbarahi: collections were under Rs 3 lakh in our first full month together, and Rs 7.6 lakh in one month since.
I work only on sales and marketing, and I personally lead and deliver every service, supported by my team for production.
The price

Bought one hour at a time, the 36 fixed sessions alone would be Rs 36,00,000. Coaching is priced by the twelve weeks, not by the hour: you commit to all twelve up front, and in return the slot is yours alone, with the chat, the reviews and the 4th sessions on top.

- Format
- Zoom; in person inside Kathmandu Valley if we both agree. Recorded for you, never used as content without your written consent.
- What we work on
- Sales and marketing: offer, pricing, copy, content, ads strategy, funnels, sales calls (including role-play) and follow-up.
- The details
- An unused 4th session does not carry over. Longer reviews go into a session. The program seat counts as one of that batch's seats; it makes you a student for future services, not for this coaching.
- You provide
- The owner in every session, honest numbers each week, and the agreed actions.
- Payment
- In full, or 50% before the start and 50% by week 6.
- Start
- The first Sunday after the five start steps are done and the slot is free.
- Refund
- A full refund if you cancel in writing within 7 days of paying and before the first session. After that, the price is refunded pro rata for the weeks remaining after your written cancellation; nothing is refunded for weeks already run.
- A missed session
- With 24 hours' notice it moves within the same or the next week (up to 4 moves in 12 weeks); less notice counts as used. If I miss one, it is moved within 7 days or added at the end, never lost.
- Pause
- Once, for up to 14 days, with 7 days' notice. The end date moves by the same amount.
- If you go quiet
- Sessions you don't attend are used. Messaging stays open until the end date. The end date does not move, except for the one pause and the closed dates.
- What I promise
- My time, attention and honest judgement, as listed. No income or client-count promise.
- Students
- Students of the 12-week program: 20% off this service, and first choice of start dates. You are a student once your seat is paid in full and past its 7-day refund window, or once you have completed the program and were not refunded. If the program is later refunded, the discount no longer applies to services not yet paid.
