My one-hour rate is Rs 1,00,000 (the 1-Hour Strategy Call). Only the handover sessions carry a number here. The build itself (up to 3 systems, the revisions and 30 days of fixes) carries none; that is what the price pays for.

- Maintenance after the 30 days

- Refund
- A full refund if you cancel in writing within 7 days of paying and before the build starts. After that, one third of the price is refunded for each system not yet handed over; nothing is refunded for systems already delivered.
- If a platform blocks a system
- For example, Meta refuses WhatsApp API verification: you swap it for another system on the list, or get one third of the price back for it.
Why me
One of the systems you can choose is Kaatlab, the short-video editing system that edits my own videos.
Before this, I was a personal trainer in Kathmandu, and I filled my own calendar first: Rs 3 to 3.5 lakh a month one-to-one, and Rs 6 lakh and more once I added group training.
Imperial Fitness, Dhumbarahi: collections were under Rs 3 lakh in our first full month together, and Rs 7.6 lakh in one month since.

The price is set by the work: up to 3 systems, each scoped in writing, 8 weeks to build, 2 revision rounds on each, 2 handover sessions, then 30 days of fixes.
After that the systems stay yours, in your own accounts.

- Accounts in your own name with admin access; approved answers and prices; one staff member who tests each system within 5 working days of its build and runs it after.
- Your data
- Stays in your accounts.
- Payment
- In full, or 50% before the start and 50% by week 4. If the second payment is late, you keep the systems already handed over, in the order they were delivered, up to one third of the price per system paid for.
- Refund
- A full refund if you cancel in writing within 7 days of paying and before the build starts. After that, one third of the price is refunded for each system not yet handed over; nothing is refunded for systems already delivered.
- If you go quiet
- After 14 days the build pauses. It can resume once, within 4 months of the start. After that, finished systems are handed over as they are, and it closes.
- What I promise
- Working systems, as scoped. No results promise.
- Students
- Students of the 12-week program: 20% off this service, and first choice of start dates. You are a student once your seat is paid in full and past its 7-day refund window, or once you have completed the program and were not refunded. If the program is later refunded, the discount no longer applies to services not yet paid.
